"Whenever your heart starts to be anxious about the future, preach to your heart and say, ‘Heart, who do you think you are to be afraid of the future and nullify the promise of God? No, heart, I will not exalt myself with anxiety. I will humble myself in peace and joy as I trust this precious and great promise of God—He cares for me.’"

I don’t usually post stuff like this but this story really needs to go viral.

Basically what happened is that this girl, Justina Pelletier, got very sick and her parents took her to a hospital that is one of the top medical facilities in the country and was diagnosed with mitochondrial disease.  They then moved to another hospital and the people there said she didn’t didn’t have the disease and the girl was making it up.  They then accused the parents of medical fraud and the girl was taken into custody by the state and to make matters worse, the judge placed a gag order on the parents which basically means that if they tell anyone about this they’ll be sent to prison.  The parents are only allowed to see her 1 hour every week and only 20 minutes on the phone while being monitored.  The child’s condition is worsening, she’s paralyzed from the waist down, and is being denied any medication or to see any doctor.

This video shows her father, Lou Pelletier, talking about it on the Kelly File and basically risking being sent to jail just to get word out of this despicable act.  It was broadcasted on Fox News last Thursday and apparently the cops were looking for him on Friday so I’m sure by now he has already been arrested.

Like I said, this story should get a lot of attention.  This girl is dying and her parents are being treated like they abused her and something needs to be done.  So far I’ve only heard the story through Fox News but I’m sure it will be all over the place if we spread word of it.
